Unusual spotting..

So My boyfriend and I usually have sex on a daily basis .. But two-three weeks ago from today my boyfriend THINKS he cummed in me. A couple days after that I felt sharp cramps in my pelvic area and lower abdomen, ive been nausea, and just a little dizzy,tired and now my food habits changed. Then today ive started spotting. I never spotted before .. Ive been alil sick, idk when symptoms occur though. I hope im not overing thinking this, im not suppose to get my period til tuesday .. Any advice.😕
