Most common first pregnancy sings?

So we at ttc baby number #2 with my first i had no symptoms at all just a missed period. This time around for the past few months my period has gone completely hay wire feeling sick and lethargic all the time getting cramp snappy attitude etc and now its 4 days over due still no period and absolutely no period like symptoms or anything. Wtf is going on i took a pg test yesterday and got a bfn so am going to wait a few days to re test. I have however had other symptoms like constipation itchiness (like crazy itchy) things smrll/ taste different more frequent urination . What is wrong with me. Do you think i possibly could be preg?
