Ice done a lot of reading and it seems to depend on the stick. My cheap ones from Amazon or dollar store say to use any time. But a lot of my reading say to use between 10am and 8pm for best results. I always just make sure to have a 3 hour hold, and usually test when I get home from work, around 4 pm.

Maybe depends on test? I use clear blue digital and directions say to use first morning urine.....and I only test once a day but I know with the sticks I got off amazon/eBay most ppl take them late morning and in evening.
