SCARED TO LOOSE FREEDOM

Ok so im 11 weeks pregnant and im scared to loose my freedom. This will be my second child my oldest is almost 16 i had her when i was in high school. Ive been a single mother my entire adult life. At times i get so scared about being trapped my fiancée doesn't have any kids and i dont think he understands the responsibility involved in being a parent. Thinking about being a mom again and starting all over literally gives me panic attacks. I have no idea what to do any advise would help.
