I have had vomiting and diarrhea since Tuesday. I thought I could just handle it but I feel do weak and miserable. All I can do is run to the bathroom and cry. Is there anything that will help?! I havey first ultrasound today where I'll actually get to see the baby and I'm afraid I won't be able to make it laying there without puking or.....any suggestions would be helpful!
