Okay so my period is late.

I didn't have any PMS symptoms leading up to when I was supposed to get my period like I normally do. Also, the past few days I've had very mild cramps on and off. And today my nipples are sore. My period is almost a week late. I've taken a couple tests and all negative. Any ideas on what's going on?
