Has anyone bought their own gown for the hospital?

I thought it was silly, but now I kinda want one. But it has to be practical & lightweight and I the shopping online so I'm looking for some recommendations.. If you've bought one that you like can you please list the website? Thanks!!

I sewed my own. At first they said I should wear it because it would get bloody and messy, but I know that going in. Just make sure it's either sleeveless or has loose enough sleeves that they can get you to put an IV, and make sure it is loose enough around the chest to be pulled down for breastfeeding/skin to skin. And it will get messy and nasty so be prepared to either toss it or put it through the sanitize cycle.

I've thought about getting a cute one from Etsy, but if you think about it you'll get fluids, etc on it, so you might as well use the provided hospital gown.

I bought one for my son, I think I found one at target or kohls. I actually didn't even end up wearing it there though bc they made me change right away and I figured they would need it to open in the mm back for the epidural, so I never put mine on. Then, after delivery I totally didn't even care. Oh well, I still have it and wear it for jammies ;)

I really want to get one, yes. I think I might get 2, one for labor if I can't do water birth and then one for recovery.
