Did you know what you were having by instinct? And when?

In the very beginning my husband and I just had a feeling that we were going to be having a boy. On top of that feeling it seemed like our first choice name (a boy's name) just came to us right away. (Whereas I had to do some digging for a girl's name that we actually liked.) Just had our 20 wk ultrasound and looks like we were right. Seemed kind of destined, if you ask me. Anyome else have a similar experience? (Had to go into the ER today for swollen kidney/a possible kidney stone and a third radiology tech agreed it's a boy!)
