Fear of BFN

Ok so I'm am now 13 dpiui and 15dp trigger shot. This was a medicated cycle and I'm still taking progesterone suppositories. I took a hpt about 9 am it wasn't FMU and turns out it was negative. I called RE and the nurse called back and said it's too early. She told me to continue the suppositories and wait for either my period or take another test on Monday. I'm PRAYING Mondays test will be a BFP. I've been having slight cramping off and on and I'm spotting lightly off and on. Anyone have an experience like this?
