Ready to give up

Me and my partner have 2 kids between us and we really want one together both our kids are from old relationships! I'm so tired of trying we have been trying for 3 years and have nothing I have tyroid problems and pcos so that does not help but the doctors won't put me on any medication to settle the thyroids and nothing they will do about the pcos they have told us we have to just do it our self and hope for the best I'm just so tired of the disappointment on my partners face when I tell him my period has come again 😢
