Nausea and migraine

Hey ladies so here's the thing. AF showed up 4 days late, but only showed herself for 3 days and was very light, normally AF is super heavy. I've been feeling super nauseous, had migraines the last 3 days, increased urination, and really tired but all tests I have taken have shown up negative. I'm not sure what do to. Should I retest anyways or wait to see if AF shows up this month.
