Exercise third trimester
I'm 28w4d, so I just hit the third trimester, and unfortunately I've been feeling very fatigued the last few days - like all the energy I gained in the second trimester has completely vanished. I've exercised 6 - 7 days a week throughout my entire pregnancy, but now it seems like SUCH a chore. I know that working out will give me energy, but I feel like the fatigue it telling my body to slow down. Anyone go through something similar?
