Crohns and ttc?

I have crohns and had a resection almost 8 yrs ago. After 1.5 yrs trying to conceive we saw a fertility specialist. Everything is normal so now I am scheduled for surgery to determine if my tubes are damaged as a result of my crohns. If that is the case, I will likely need ivf. I am wondering if there's anyone who can comment on the surgery, damaged Fallopian tubes or crohns/ pregnancy at all.
