I was expecting g to start my period on 4/21. Something felt off, so on 4/20 I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I got my blood drawn at the ob the following day. They said my hcg levels were low at 39 and wanted me to come in for follow up bloodwork just to make sure it was doubling. I got my blood drawn again 4/23. My hcg was at 63. The next morning I started spitting lightly. I went to the ER and my hcg was 87. They couldn't see anything via ultrasound because my levels were too low so they said I was probably too early.  4/28 my bleeding got heavier. I got my levels again the following day and they were 437. Blood draw on Friday 5/1 my hcg had gone down to 324. I was told I was probably miscarrying. I started having back cramping and passing clots. Went back to the ER Saturday 5/2 because of the pain. My cervix was closed and my hcg had gone up to 353. Again couldn't see anything in an ultrasound. No ectopic pregnancy. What is happening!?
