Can anyone tell me what this is?

This is my 16 week US. The doctor didn't get very good pictures. He mad me a little upset also. We told him the last appointment that we wanted him to write the gender down and put it in an envelope, well we went to this appointment and he just blurts out your having a girl. My husband was not happy at all. Not only for the fact that he just blurts it out but because he already has a girl and he really wants a boy. But he said well wait maybe he's hiding something. I can't tell what this picture is. Can anyone tell? It looks like legs but not sure. Or can anyone maybe tell the gender?
