Co workers

So I just found out one of my co workers is a registered sex offender and another one of my coworkers was fired and given multiple sexual harassment charges from his last job..I'm really questioning management at this point. I try not to judge people but...idk.....i work in a hotel, a very high end hotel, and I don't understand how they could be employed here with those backgrounds. Especially being a registered sex offender, how can he work somewhere that kids stay? It makes me very uncomfortable to say the least..maybe it's time to start looking for a new job...
