Is this a early pregnancy sign?

Waking up all damn hours of the night lol!!!
I am not kidding my dreams are vivid and I'll wake up around 1 am and every other hour! Also my body is so hot!!! Just wondering if anyone else had this as an early sign

I had two friends that had the same thing just before they found out they were pregnant and I had the samn thing happen to me and my husband was sure I was pregnant bit sadly I wasn't I just chalked it up to my to the fact I got AF a few days later but you never know!!! Could be worth testing for
