So Scared!! Tested positive for Group B strep.

Hello Ladies. I am 36 weeks and 3 day and my test result for Group B came back positive. I am so scared and worried right now. My doctor said that I would be given antibiotics during labor. Is Group B harmful for the baby. Does it have any side effects on the baby before, during and after delivery?
