Question for you pregnant mamas

I just got my bfp this morning and I've been taking vitex for the last cycle. I had extremely irregular cycles and it looks like it worked! 4 years ttc!! Did any of you take vitex and than conceived? I'm not sure if I should just quit taking it cold turkey or slowly ween myself off.. I've read quitting cold turkey can cause misscarriage but I've also read it's not good to take while pregnant? Please help!!
