How to write a cover letter with no job experience

I've been reading online but I would like advice from you ladies.

I have no job experience, I am currently waiting to attend college, I didn't do any sports or clubs in school due to not living in a very happy home and I was being sexually abused. My grade in math made it impossible to join as well (thankfully i passed with a low c) so I have no real achievements in school.

I never attended church or any other functions. So, I'm not close with the folks around here. I'm just a blank page In the world right now without any way of proving I am a hard worker. I've volunteered a lot at a trade school but Idk how to put that in my resume?
