6 wks today..normal symptoms?

Question

I'm exactly 6 weeks today and only have a few symptoms...I am exhausted, very sore tender boobs and feeling some stretching/pulling in the pelvic area. I also have diarrhea but no morning sickness or nausea...is this typical? Should I be thankful or concerned!? First time pregnancy!

It's normal :) I've had an extremely easy pregnancy and baby is perfectly healthy. I was only super tired, sore boobs and constipated during my first trimester, second trimester was a breeze and now entering my thrid and only have minimal swelling and sciatica. Pregnancy doesn't have to be miserable. Enjoy it while it lasts :)

I'm five weeks and right there with you. I spoke to my endocrinologist and insurance nurse and they say that it's perfectly normal but I may not be that lucky as those symptoms appear for most women around 7/8 weeks.
