Contractions real deal or BH?

I was 2 cm dilated last week and yesterday I started getting what felt like braxton hicks contractions every 30 minutes or so and now today I've been getting them every 10 minutes or less. They aren't extremely painful just uncomfortable and all the pain is in my back. Not just my lower back its my entire back and it's constant back pain. Does anyone have any advice im a first time mom and could really use the insight please and thank you. I am only 35 weeks also.

Call your doctor and try laying down on your left side and drink water. If it's BH they should go away but from what you say it doesn't sound like BH.

This kinda sounds like the real deal!! Usually people say Braxton hicks contractions are at random times not every certain amount of minutes once they get to every five minutes you should defiantly go to the hospital. Or you should call them first because to me this sounds like the real deal.

Call your doc ASAP!!! It sounds like preterm labour! If you wait until tomorrow - it could be to late.

Call the OB they will be able to tell you. If you think that it's the real deal or just have a feeling I would definitely go in. Because they can tell you what's going on and if it's real contractions or just BH.
