As some of us approach our half way point... how many have their nurseries done?

Im noticing some posting pics of their nurseries. Im currently carrying my rainbow baby. A little boy we've decided to name Kingston. ♥ I lost my daughter Olivia late in the game (19 wks) and im catching myself being nervous & hesitant. I feel like im slacking in order to save myself from possible heartbreak.

Anyway, enough of that! Where do you stand on the nursery front? Im so excited!

We have to do a lot of room rearranging before we can start on the nursery. My oldest two are moving into a bigger room currently used for storage, then my two year old is moving into their old room so the new baby can be in the nursery. So much to do!

I am right there with you, I am 18 weeks with my rainbow baby, a boy as well. I lost my last one, also a girl, at 20 weeks. My husband I both agreed that we would not do any major changes like a nursery or even buy things for the baby until after our 20 week appointment. We have thrown around ideas for the nursery, just hesitant to make those changes right away. I am so hesitant I haven't even shared the fact that I am pregnant with most of the people I know and work with. We have plenty of time left to decorate and buy things. Take your time and do it when you are comfortable.

I have a rainbow baby too and told myself I would wait until after the anatomy scan at 20 weeks 😊
I'm extremely excited through since I've been feeling baby kick so I'm planning to start selling the things in our spare room beforehand so it will be ready to get started then!

My husband and I are closing on a house next month so there is no point in buying stuff just to move it. I have bought a few outfits but those are small and light.

So far the only things we have right now are hand-me-downs. We haven't bought anything except a car seat and a footprint picture frame. The car seat we got for a deal and it's still good. We have alot to do to the room before we can start putting it together. This baby and my step daughter will be sharing a room so we have some rearranging to do.

I've been looking at cribs online but that's it.... I want to get started so badly though!  I also haven't decided on colors or a theme..... It's hard because I don't know what it is yet!  I do have a note on my phone with everything I like so far though.

I want to, but we have been too preoccupied being worried and having complications. We recently lost one twin, so I have been probably protecting us.....no names picked out or baby items purchased, no big announcement yet....hopefully in the next few weeks we will feel more confident and ready to move forward.

I would've totally had the nursery done except we are moving! And money was an issue for the first few months. My boyfriend lost his job and then was unemployed for 2 months. Since he's the bread winner in our family we were broke like crazy. Thank goodness his mom is buying us our crib! I do want to wait until I know the sex, then I'm doing the room up like crazy! Haha
