So in aware little bumps can be common and nothing to worry about, but I'm just curious...my LO has teeny tiny bumps *all* over her face. It doesn't look like baby acne - these actually look more skin colored and you can't really see them unless you angle her right in the light (you can also feel them). They are every where. Was thinking it was prickly heat rash, but it really isn't all that red either... Only some spots are red. Anyone else had something similar? She's had it for over a week and it doesn't look like its getting better. She rubs her face a lot, but unsure if it's because of the bumps or if it has nothing to do with it. 😁
