I'm utterly exhausted at 12 wks. Mind you I also have gestational diabetes, recovering from pleurisy and pneumonia, I have lupus, am a double leg amputee and have 3 boys so it could be that... ;)

It never goes away lol, I'm 23 weeks and feel tired all the time and on top of it I also have a very active two year old.
