So I had the cranberry Apple pecan salad from schlotskys tonight and avoided the cheese because I didn't know exactly what it was. I did eat some salad that was touching the cheese and may have accidentally eaten a few tiny sprinkles. I looked up afterwards and saw it was goat cheese. Do you think they buy pasteurized cheese at that restaurant? Do I need to worry about listeria? Am I being paranoid? Ah! Fart!
