Machacado -- help please!
We have these Mexican neighbors who gave us a package of machacado a month ago. I tried cooking it with eggs but it didn't turn out very good. However, I told them it was delicious. They must have believed me, because they gave us another package yesterday. I'd feel awful just throwing it away, so does anyone have any good recipes that use this ingredient?
