Rainbow baby

Found out last Friday we are expecting our rainbow after a 9 week loss in December. We have 1 healthy child who will be 2 in a couple months. Trying to not worry too much but I'm afraid we'll lose this one too. 4 weeks 3 days today, first scan 5/13. I don't want to tell anyone until atleast 12 weeks but I know that's not fair to myself or our families to hide such exciting news. Anyone else in a similar situation?
