a week late but negative PT

my period is supposed to be 8 days ago but it didnt happen..so i took a PT and it was clearly negative..I've been pregnant 4 times, but had 2 miscarriages so im so scared to get pregnant again..and i dont think im pregnant because i still feel ok unlike previous early preggy symptoms..im married and very sexually active with hubby..could i be pregnant?how soon can i take the PT again?thanks a lot
