How do you feel about parents changing children in restaurant dining areas?

Monique • Boobs and beer 😝
I've come across this a lot recently, and I find it shocking in a horrifying way. I often hear the excuse "but there are no changing tables!" Well, changing tables are a modern convenience, and previous generations of mothers got by just fine without exposing fellow/potential diners to their children's bodily waste. I just find it flabbergasting that some parents are so entitled that they feel that this is acceptable! There are many options - despite being childfree, I have had to deal with dirty diapers in public and I had no changing tables available, so I took the baby to the car and changed them. How do you feel about it?
