Could my period REALLY be starting over???.

So I started my period April 28 and May 2 & 3 I had no flow at all and from the 4th til now I've had spotting all day including when I wipe. Now I'm starting to cramp and I feel moody etc like o do before my period start. But The first day of my flow I had no symptoms at all just my period and very light cramps like minimal (I have really horrible periods usually) but it was lighter overall. Like I only had to wear tampons for one day all the others I could have gotten away with a panty liner. This has never happened before so I'm wondering if anyone can give me insight or tell what they think may be going on????. Please
