How to get awesome ultrasound pics?!

Anyone have advice or tips to get an us pic as clear as possible? 21 weeks and getting it done tomorrow. They told me I didn't have to drink the enormous amount of water I had to in the beginning- but will that help this far? Will having an empty stomach help? Anything?

I always have a sweet/chocolate/sugary drink at least 20min before hand to get him moving a bit, I know it's not the healthiest but it's my little spoil before an US 😀

My baby was lying still and the technician wanted him to move a bit so she could measure him. She asked me to shake a bit, so I had to jiggle my flabby, water filled belly. It worked, he moved and she got some great pictures... My partner thinks it's hilarious that I had to jiggle and reminds me of the humiliation often, he's such an arse! (Whom I love dearly) x

Drink something cold and sweet like orange juice

I was told orange juice helps to get your baby to move around that way they aren't stuck in one position and you'll have a better chance at getting g a clear picture my little boy was very stubborn and would move around a ton but as soon as the ultrasounds began he would cover his face lol
