Misscariage :/

Hey guys i just want to know if this looks like a miscarriage to you . I was having bad cramping the day before and I couldn't even take the pain I was feeling like throwing up and today I didn't have pain till later in the afternoon and I just couldn't take it anymore and I was laying down and from no where I feel something thick coming out of my vagina , and from there the pain stopped . I go to the bathroom and there big clothes :/ SORRY FOR THE NASTY PICTURES !!!
