Does morning sickness come and go?

I am just a little worried because I had really bad morning sickness for 5 days and now I almost feel great.. just no apetit.  Is that normal?

It's different for everyone.

Mine is an all day sickness that never results in vomiting (though I would probably feel better if it did). But, on rare days, I don't have it at all.

I was the same way. I had morning sickness all through my first tri, but there were occasional days where I would feel fine. I found that the more active I was, like out doing stuff usually the better I felt because it took my mind off of it. But then there were days where I just couldn't get off the couch!! Hopefully yours goes away with your second tri! (:
