Sharp pains in uterus

I was supposed to start my period on the 1st of May but still no signs not even pms. I took a pregnancy test on the 1st but it was negative. Lately I have experiencing very sharp and sometimes crippling pains in my uterus/vaginal area. I don't think it's pregnancy but I would like you guys opinions on what you think it could be.
