Placenta bleeding??

Question

I am very early in first pregnancy, 6 weeks, and I had a sonogram yesterday. My doctor told me today that I have bleeding behind my placenta. She's not worried but then she said it could lead to a miscarriage! Has anyone else ever gotten this news?? She also said the baby's heartbeat is between 118-120 and that is low. But when I looked it up it was normal. Can anyone reassure me please!!!

We had our US last week at 6 wks HB was 125.  Tech told us anything over 100 is good.  My cousin had ivf and just did her 6 wk the HB was 84 her specialist was happy with that.

My doctor said a good heart beat is 120-180

My sister in law got this news at first US and it healed itself. Now though they are saying there isn't enough or a lot of amniotic fluid. I am not sure if they are related to each other, her doc didn't seem to be worried because baby is doing good so far. She is 22 weeks now.

I'm 6wks and went to the ER the other day and they said my yolk sac measured good and fetal heart rate was 152 which is good but found i have a subchorionic hemorrhage 😕 i guess it's pretty small which is good because my body has a good chance to resolve it on its own by reabsorbing the blood but if it gets bigger I'm at risk for miscarriage, stillbirth or preterm labor. I understand your fears!!
