Would you be offended?

I work in a male dominated trade. I'm the only girl (with the exception of the ladies who work at the desk). I work in the shop with the guys.

A new guy started this past week and I'm showing him the ropes. On his forearm is a very large tattoo of a fully naked woman (the beasts are accentuated and her legs are spread apart fully...it's very detailed and I suppose realistic).

Would you, as a woman, be offended by this tattoo that a man so nonchalantly shows off and talks smack about women and their body parts like they are nothing? Should I be offended by his tattoo? The ladies at the desk are. Should I be too? Thoughts?
