???? Spotting very light brown or pinkish brown discharge color

My LMP was March 8th this month I've had very light light spotting only when I wipe. Have pains in my overies/groin area,my breast feel like they want to start hurting,lower abdomen bothers me feel bloated,lower back is killing me... I kinda feel like AF wants to come down but nothing the spotting has been on and off for about a week now??? Has anyone had this and been pregnant...
