Is it ok to be spotting so early into my pregnancy?  I have results that I am positive but I started spotting/bleeding today. I have serious cramping. I know it says 20%-30% of women spot but I don't feel comfortable with these cramps.

This is exactly how I found out I had an ectopic. Please call you doctor immediately. Although, nothing will show on a scan until 6 weeks.

That's what happened when I had an early mc/chemical. Hopefully that's not the case for you! If it's too early for a scan they can at least check your blood levels to make sure they are rising.

I was told it's normal sometimes but this last only healthy pregnancy I have had no bleeding accept implantation in the beginning, how far are u? did they check your progesterone levels

Call your doctor asap and ask, bleeding accompanied with pain isn't a good sign. But if it's only light spotting and a dull pain I don't think you should worry mich. But either way, it's better to call your doctor to get a professional opinion so you're not worrying about it. Stress will literally only make things worse

Spotting is normally okay.

Bleeding with cramping might not be, but it depends on how bad your cramps are. Growing pains? Probably okay. Period like cramps? Probably not.
