Early ovulation?

So I usually have a 43-49 day cycle. I've been taking something recommended by my doctor to help regulate my cycle. I'm on cd 29. I've been having these twinges in my uterus and bloating today. I decided not to track anything this month and just bd whenever we felt like it so Idk if I have ovulated yet or I'm about too (I usually have ovulated around cd 31). Has anyone experienced twinges in their uterus after ovulation?
