Period maybe or possibly preggo??

Very light vaginal spotting/discharge light brown or pinkish brown... It finally stopped but was only when I wiped.... Funny part is that I'm getting abdominal pains kinda like slight cramping ,ovaries also.... My lower back is killing me. Sex feels different also? "Let's say what I had was a period why do I feel like this"and could it have been so little and so light??? I'm irregular my last period was in march... I've been taking fertility blend and vitex.for about 3 months??? The last time I missed a period got it the next month but spotted for a few hrs the AF came down this time it was way different can anyone plz help me or has anyone had this before or is experiencing it right now...
