Breastfeeding help pls 😩

I'm so frustrated that my daughter won't stay latched on to me like she doesn't want to work for the milk I haven't gotten my milk in yet so I feel like I'm not giving her anything. She cries n cries bc she's fruastrated at not getting milk that the husband just gives her the bottle I really want to breastfeed her so bad she eats more then I make what are some ways to help the milk come in and have her breastfeed or do I just give up?
