Does pms get worse with age?

Ok so it might be a weird question but I am turning 28 in a couple months and it seems like my pms symptoms are getting stronger. For example where I used to just get mild tenderness and headaches they are now more pronounce and even I am getting whiplash from my mood swings. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this or has any kind of insight.

I'll be 29 this year and the last few years my pms has gotten better, I used to have horrible pms, cramps, back ache etc and now just a lil cramping the first day

I feel like mine did,  by 30 I'd get terrible menstrual migraines and horrid cramps

I'll be 30 in June. My period cramps and migraines have gotten worse as I got older. Also ever since I had children. Idk which the culprit is, age or kids.
