Itch?

Question

So earlier today I was just minding my own business when I started itching down there. This has happened before and I wasn't sure if it was a yeast infection but then it will go away after like 3 days. Sometimes it only lasts for maybe an hour. And it's on the outside of the vagina on one side that it itches. And if I itch it too much it burns a little when I pee. What is this?

Probably a yeast infection. Go to Walgreens, CVS or any natural grocery store and pick up some probiotics. You can get some in capsule form, or you can get powder to put in smoothies or water.
Probiotics replenish the bacteria (the good kind) in your gut. This bacteria is important because it regulates the amount of yeast in your body. If for some reason your body kills off that good bacteria, it can no longer keep your yeast in check, thus the yeast grows out of control and you get a yeast infection.
Also, avoid sugar. Yeast feeds on sugar, so this will only help it grow. In fact, a lot of times you can cure a yeast infection simply by eliminating sugar from the diet for a couple of days. 
(Side note: yogurt is usually advertised for it's probiotics, but yogurt tends to have a lot of sugar too. Don't eat it, as the sugar hurts you more than the probiotics help you!)
