First round of Clomid 50mg

I started my first round of Clomid on cycle days 4-9. Me and my husband have been trying for about a year and a half to get pregnant before finally deciding to try something, I have irregular cycles so my gyno prescribed provera to start my period before I started clomid. I'm on cycle day 17 and I don't feel different at all. I've had no side effects at all besides being a little over-emotional, such as crying over Mufasa dying in the Lion King lol. Has anybody else had no side effects with  50 mg and still gotten pregnant? Or should I ask about upping the dose?
