Factor in conception

My husband swears I got pregnant so fast due to the removal of a root canaled tooth. 1. It was removed two weeks prior to conception (This could be coincidence) 2. There are several several studies, articles and etc. that have been written documenting the negative impacts of having root canals done (As with all things there are also studies showing the opposite). I was curious if anyone would mind sharing their opinion on the topic. Those that struggled or are struggling to conceive, do you have any teeth that have root canals? I would like to have an open discussion . I think it's an interesting topic. Clearly, without a study barring outside factors we would never truly know, but I'd like to solicite responses that could aid in understanding. Thank you.
