What to do with a bra-less dress

I'm going to a wedding next month (DD will be 3 months by then), and I just ordered/received this dress for the occasion (convertible wrap dress):

I could not find a dress that I like that was also nursing friendly and then found this dress and figured this would work great.

The only problem is you cannot wear a bra with this. You'd either wear a nipple cover or one of those stick on bras. Since I'm breastfeeding, that won't work well for me at all.

I tried to use one of my disposable nursing pads to see if that would work, and it works ooookkkaaayy but it's still a little lumpy and I still have no support (although I don't have huge boobs so it's doable if I need to go this route).

Does anyone have a recommendation on other options I can try?

What about using the lily padz breast pads, they are reusable suction cup type nursing pads. Then use an adhesive bra over that. This way, your nipples and areoles don't have adhesive on them when you need to nurse.

I believe she is referring to her baby when she says 'DD' not her breast size. She said she doesn't have large breasts..

Not to be rude but that's not a dress for a big breasted woman unless the breast have implants or sit up very well naturally... I only say this because I am a triple D without milk production and I would NEVER wear a dress like this because there is NO WAY you can not wear a bra with this dress with breast as big as ours. All I can say is good luck and you may need to get some extra material an have someone sew a piece in the middle... Might be able to wear a bra then.  I don't know

Use the large rectangular band aids to cover your nipples

Could you tack cups into it to make it smooth and then use the nipple pads for leakage?

The Johnson brand nursing pads are much more contoured and less....obvious? They might work better.

I nursed in a stock at a wedding. The cops are quite squishy, so it was totally comfy. I never used a nursing cover and nobody seemed to notice.
