Pregnant and now single 😢

I've been in a relationship for over two years with someone I thought was my world. We're both in our 30's and we've been trying for a baby since Dec last year and we managed to conceive 6 weeks ago! Things had been a bit rocky but now they're the worst ever! Today we ended and it looks like I'm going to be a single parent. This isn't what I planned, any advice on how I get through this please from other single mums?! I don't know how I'm going to do this on my own!
