Still not showing :(

I'm going to be 18 weeks tomorrow and I'm not showing at all! Sometimes I think I feel a hard spot under my belly button but then some days I dont ;( my stretch marks have gotten worse though for sure but I've only gained 3 pounds! I swear I feel him kick sometimes too. Is it possible to feel the baby kick without showing yet? I'm ready for my bump!!!
