I've been having horrible cramps really low, below my stomach since early this morning. It's like period cramps but nothing I do eases the pain or makes them go away. (My vagina is hurting too). My little boy has been a little less active today & when he does move, it hurts. I have an appointment with my Obgyn tomorrow at 1:45. My mom told me it could be the baby moving into the birthing canal but she said it shouldn't be hurting this bad. Should I be concerned about getting through the night? & any suggestions on how to ease the pain?
